Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping at Nevito!
We offer refund and/or exchange within the first 7 days after buyer received the item, if 7 days have passed after the item received, buyer will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

  • Application for the Refunds
    1. • Buyer may only apply for the refund and/or return of the item in the following circumstances:
    2. • The item received was defective and/or damaged on delivery;
    3. • The item received does not match the agreed specification;
    4. • He item received is materially different from the description.
  • Eligibility for Refunds
    1. • The item must be unused and in the same condition that buyer received it.
    2. • The item must be in the original packaging.
    3. • To complete the return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

    If refund application is approved, then applicant’s refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to applicant’s credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  • Late or missing refunds
    1. • If applicant has not received a refund yet, first check bank account again. Then applicant contact his/her credit card company, it may take some time before the refund is officially posted.
